She is survived by her children: Jimmie N. and wife Jane of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Barbara J. and husband Cody Layman Sr., of Midwest City, Oklahoma; Jerry W. and wife Naomi of Dibble, Oklahoma; and Billie J. and wife Donna of Dibble, Oklahoma; 1 sister: Tina Milliken of Oklahoma City; 15 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren. Rachel was preceded in death by her beloved husband Grover B.; her parents; 4 sisters: Florence, Mae, Bessie, and Plina; 3 brothers: James A., Chester and Noah.
