Tish Lou Moore
Funeral service for Mrs. Tish Lou Moore, 92, of 1402 South 11th (Chickasha, Oklahoma) was held Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in the chapel of Sevier Funeral Home, with Rev. Jesse Simon, pastor of the Bible Baptist Church, officiating.
She was born February 8, 1885 in Stephenville, Texas and passed away in a local nursing home Saturday September 10, 1977.
She had lived in and around Alex and had lived in Chickasha for the last 30 years. She had lived in the state of Oklahoma for 73 years.
Mrs. Moore had been seriously ill for the past 2 months. She was a member of the Michigan Avenue Baptish Church.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Ina Elmore of Redding California, three sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Airington of Chickasha, Mrs. Bessie Tramel and Mrs. Alma Watkins, both of Alex; seven grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetary under the direction...
